2020 Return & Refund Policy
Glasses. We understand. Things come up, minds change, and we’re ok with that. 2020 supports a 30-day (from delivery) zero questions asked refund policy. (Outside prescriptions are the exception. Please see below.)
Simply contact us and let us know you’d like to return your order and the reason why. It’s important to know that prescription issues or manufacturer defects are eligible for remakes free of charge. We review these on a case-by-case basis and are happy to help.
To make a return, please return your glasses, case, and the additional lenses that were sent in your original order (with the frame logo on them). We will provide a free shipping return or you’re welcome to mail your return to:

You can use your original packaging or your own but please make sure to secure the product and include all of the items originally shipped.
Returns will be credited back to any credit or debit card of your choosing. We will contact you to place the return as soon as it is received, as credit card information from prior purchases is not stored. Please allow 3-5 business days from contact for all refunds to appear on your credit or debit statement. We hope it never comes to this but please know if it does, we’re happy to help!
Contact Lenses. Any and all unopened contact lens purchases can be returned for a full refund up to 12 months from purchase. Opened or used contact lens purchases cannot be refunded. However, prescription issues or manufacturer defects are always eligible for exchanges free of charge so long as you let us know about them within 30 days of delivery.
Like your frames but need a fitting?
No problem. Please contact us to schedule a fitting at a nearby location with a 2020 vehicle or contact any local eyewear provider who should be able to help. If you are for any reason ever charged for fitting services, please submit your receipt to us for a full refund.
*Outside Prescription Policy
Contact lenses or glasses made with prescriptions written by physicians not associated with 2020 On-site and our network of Independent Optometrists are not subject to the 2020 Return & Refund policy. Since we cannot verify the prescription you received is correct, and thus that the contact lenses or glasses that were made will indeed improve your vision, we cannot provide a satisfaction guarantee.
We promise your product will be made to the specifications provided but 2020 will not issue refunds for unwanted purchases due to incorrect or unwanted prescription.
